SPECIFICATIONS AND STANDARD EQUIPMENT SUPPLIED
TRANSMISSION Provided with an AC drive controlled by means of a frequency controller, WITH DIRECT RANSMISSION TO THE PUMP SHAFT,without pulleys/belts. Speed in both running directions, with acceleration and deceleration ramps controlled, totally protected. Speed range from 50 to 3.450 R.P.M.
SPEED CONTROL By means of numerical keyboard. By means of programmed test datas. By means of double dial potentiometer.
FLOW MEASURING SYSTEM By means of a programable computer in alll the functions required for the test of Diesel injection pumps, and flows represented on TFT color monitor.
TEST OIL TEMPERATURE CONTROL Controlled by means of the computer, which provides a precision of ± 2° C, The heating of the test oil is effected by means of an electric resistance, and the cooling by means of an automatic air system
FLYWHEEL Inertia 0,5 Kgm², with an I.S.O. ratio of 304 mm³/stroke/cylinder at 540 R.P.M.
TEST INJECTORS Supplied with 8 test injectors with I.S.O. 4010 nozzles, asembled on movable blocks and whith quick connectors, which makes independent each injector..
0-30 VDC ELECTRIC SUPPLY DC output with range of 0-30 VDC and 4 AMPS. 2 wires with faston and clamps are supplied.
FLEXIBLE COUPLING Flexible with steel plates, which ammends the possible disalignements on the pump on test.
OIL SUPPLY By an independent motor pump, with low and high pressure circuits. Pressure control governors of 0-3 Bar and 10-40 Bar.
R.P.M. READ-OUT Represented digitally on monitor screen, with precision of ± 1 R.P.M. Read-out each 1/3 second.
MEASURING INSTRUMENTS Digital read-out for the advance/ timing Lucas and Bosch distributor pumps. Flowmeter for excess measure of 0-350 cm³ x minute 0-1 bar gauge distributor pump inlet pressure. 0-4 bar gauge in-line pump inlet pressure. 0-1,6 bar gauge chamber presure LUCAS pump. 0-60 bar gauge high pressure phasing. 0-16 bar gauge transfer pressure distributor pumps.. 0-76 cmHg vaccumm meter (suction). 0-2,5 bar gauge air pressure.
LOW PRESSURE PIPES All the low pressure pipes are supplied with QUICK CONNECTORS, including the adaptor for the pump (inlet/outlet/pressures/overflow/etc.)
DISTRIBUTOR PUMPS Direct flexible coupling for distributors and in-line pump of quick action clamps for Ø 45/50/68 with 17 and 20 m/m couplings, as well as Perkins DPA and Peugeot applications. 6 Rubber coated high pressure test pipes of 6x2x450 (A-B) / 6 of 6x2x840 (A-B) / 6 of 6x2x600 (A-B) Measuring instruments 0-30 VDC electric supply for solenoids.
