SPECIFICATIONS AND STANDARD EQUIPMENT
SUPPLIED
|
|
DRIVE
- 11 Kw (15 HP) AC motor controlled by
means of a frequency converter. Direct transmission to the pump shaft
without pulleys / belts. Infinitely variable speed between 50 to 3400
R.P.M. in both running directions, with full overload protections.
|
|
TEST
OIL SUPPLY
- By an independent motor pump of big
flow, with low and high pressure circuit provided with a flow and
pressure control valve from 0-3 bar and 10-40 bar. Control gauges of
0-0.6 bar; 0-4 bar and 0-60 bar.
|
|
TEST
OIL TANK
- Main tank of 40 liters of capacity.
|
|
TEST
OIL HEATER
- Controlled by an automatic and
adjustable thermostat, which controls the required temperature.
|
|
TEST
OIL COOLER
- By an air cooling system, synchronised
with the heather, assures the selectioned temperature according to ISO
4008 specifications
|
|
FILTERS
- Test oil: double filter type
2FSC5845050B and sludge-trap in work table, with filter type R-16.
|
|
STROKE
COUNTER
- Electronic counter (C-MOS technology)
adjustable of 100 shots in increments up to 9900. Accuracy ± 0 in any
number of shots.
|
|
GRADUATES
- Two sets of 12 precision measuring
glasses from 0-36 c.c. and 12 measuring glasses from 0-280 c.c. of
crystal protection, selection on both sides of test bench and a patented
free system maintenance which assures the quick and complete drain of
all the graduates simultaneously.
|
|
FOAM
INHIBITION
- By a Magasa patented system, inhibiting
absolutely foam formation in the graduates, which is essential condition
for an accurate reading of test oil readings.
|
|
INJECTOR
HOLDERS
- 12 injectors with calibrated ISO 4010
nozzles. Under demand are also available ISO 7440 injectors (ORIFICE
PLATE).
|
|
DIGITAL

- C-MOS technology, with 4 digits and
magnetic transducer, accuracy ± 1 R.P.M. Reading each 1/3 of a second.
|
|
MEASURING
TOOL EQUIPMENT
- 0-4 bar gauge, for fuel supply control
(in-line pump).
- 0-0.6 bar gauge, for fuel supply control
(distributor pumps).
- 0-1.6 bar gauge, indicator of chamber
pressure.
- 0-1200 mm/Hg gauge indicator of air
pressure (TURBOS)
- 0-16 bar gauge, indicator of transfer
pressure.
- 0-60 bar gauge, indicator of high
pressure.
- 0-760 mm/Hg vacuum-meter, indicator of
vacuum of the distributor pumps.
- 0-80ºC thermostat, for the reading and
adjusting of the desired temperature.
- REMARK: All gauges and vacuum-meter are
hermeticals, with glycerine

|
PHASING
Every test is delivered for testing as per:
- Low pressure, gravity system.
- High pressure phasing with pressure
control valve and 0-60 bar gauge.
|
|
ELECTRONIC
PHASING (OPTIONAL)
- Dynamic phasing by an electronic system
(OPTIONAL).
|
|
FLYWHEEL
- Duly calculated to comply with ISO
specifications, specially in relation with the cyclid load of the pump,
considering that the drive shaft speed should not exceed a 1% over the
power rang of the test bench. INERTIA: 0.6 Kgm2.
|
|
IN-LINE
PUMPS
- Every test bench is equipped with
brackets of quick action clamps and two sets of pipes for A and B type
pumps
|
|
DISTRIBUTOR
PUMPS
- A complete bracket is supplied, as well
as a 0-16 bar gauge, 0-1.6 bar gauge, a 0-760 mm/Hg vacuum-meter, a
measuring graduate for the excess and the necessary high pressure pipes.
|
|
POWER
SUPPLY 12-24 VCC
- Transformer unit with stabiliser for 12
or 24 Volts DC supply.
|
|
PUMP
COUPLING
- Flexible model, incorporating steel
plates which amends any eventual misalignment of the pumps to be tested.
|
|
