| It is a compact equipment which permits the test and verification of the following common rail systems:
* The adaptors and brackets are delivered separately.
The electronic equipment MAGASA CR150 has been designed to run on test all the pumps and injectors more common of the common rail system. It is an universal system, so it can be mounted on any Diesel test bench, either of electronic measuring or graduates. All components running on test
(pressure pump, rail and injectors) are fitted inside a protection
container in order to avoid any possible risk of high-pressure leaks.
This protection container has its top made of transparent material,
in order to have all the components visually controlled. Injectors The tests that can be done on the electric injectors through the MAGASA equipment CR150 are complete in a level of flow, preinjection and overflow. The equipment controls the pressure of the system in the rail as well as the injectors, according to the specification given by the manufacturer, or tests that can be done manually by the operator of the equipment. This makes indispensable the use of the equipment CR150 in order to effect definitive checks and tests to the common rail injectors. Another characteristic which
makes the MAGASA CR150 unique is the possibility to control de injector
in fase test, exactly the same working conditions that in the engine,
just opening the 4 injectors in phase system, so never 2 injectors
opened at the same time. High pressure pump The MAGASA equipment CR150 controlls the electric & hydraulic (static & dynamic) regulation system of the pressure & flow provided by the high pressure pump. The MAGASA equipment CR150
controlls the efficiency of the pump and permits the verifying of
the leakness of the high and low pressure circuit. |
